Live Stock Status

To access the Livestock status subsection, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  • Look for the "Inventory" tab.
  • Click on the "Live stock status" tab.

The Live Status feature provides you with real-time visibility into the stock status of your products both in marketplaces and our warehouses. Here's how you can utilize this feature effectively:

a. Marketplace Stock Status: This section displays the current stock levels of your products on different marketplaces where you have a presence. You can quickly assess the availability of your items across multiple platforms and take appropriate actions such as restocking or adjusting pricing.

b. Warehouse Stock Status: This section shows the stock levels of your products in our warehouses. You can monitor the quantity available and plan your procurement or replenishment activities accordingly.

  1. Country Selection (Top Right Corner): The first dropdown menu located at the top right corner allows you to select a specific country from which you want to view the inventory upload history. This option is useful for users who are managing inventory for multiple countries.
  2. Select Brand(s) (Dropdown Menu): The "Brand" dropdown menu allows you to select a particular brand from your inventory. This filter is helpful if you want to view stock status for products from a specific brand only.
  3. Source (Dropdown Menu): The "Source" dropdown menu enables you to filter products based on their source. If you source products from different suppliers or manufacturers, this filter will help you isolate stock status data for a particular source.
  4. Search by SKU/ASIN (Search Bar): The search bar allows you to search for products in the inventory by entering their SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) or ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number). This search function is particularly useful when you need to quickly find specific products based on their unique identifiers.
  5. Download CSV: This button allows you to download a CSV file of the livestock status data for further analysis.
