Inventory health:
Inventory Health provides a detailed overview of your product stock levels across marketplaces, helping you track availability, sales speed, and remaining days of cover. It allows you to quickly identify overstock, healthy stock, and low-stock items so you can make timely inventory decisions. To use this feature effectively, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Go to the “Inventory” menu.
- Select the “Inventory Health” tab at the top.
- Choose the Brand you want to view using the Select Brand(s) dropdown.
- Select the Source from the Source dropdown.
- Choose the Action filter to view items by status (e.g., Healthy Cover, Low Stock, Overstock).
- The system will display the Inventory Health table with search, filters, product details, and a Download CSV option.
The Inventory health feature provides you with real-time visibility into the stock status of your products. Here's how you can utilize this feature effectively:
- Country Selection (Top Right Corner): The first dropdown menu located at the top right corner allows you to select a specific country from which you want to view the inventory upload history. This option is useful for users who are managing inventory for multiple countries.
- Select Brand(s)(Dropdown Menu) — Choose one or more brands to narrow the list to only those products.
- Source(Dropdown Menu) — Filter by the inventory source or marketplace (e.g., Amazon B2C, Flipkart).
- Action(Dropdown Menu) — Filter by inventory action/status (e.g., Overstock, Healthy Cover, Low Stock) to focus on problem SKUs.
- Search by SKU/ASIN/FSN(Search Bar)— Quickly find a specific product by entering its SKU, ASIN or FSN.
- Download CSV — Exports the currently filtered view to a CSV for offline analysis or sharing.
SKU column — Displays each product’s SKU (unique product identifier).
ASIN/FSN column — Shows marketplace identifiers like Amazon ASIN or FSN for cross-referencing.
Brand column — Indicates the product’s brand for quick grouping and review.
Source column — Shows where the inventory is held or which marketplace the metric applies to.
Available Quantity — The current units available in that source/marketplace.
Daily Run Rate (Unit) — Average daily units sold (used to estimate consumption speed).
Days of Cover — How many days the available stock will last at the current daily run rate (Available ÷ Daily Run Rate).
Status — A short, color-coded status (e.g., green = Healthy Cover, red = Overstock, yellow/orange = Low Stock) that signals what needs attention.
Sortable columns — Click the column headers (▲▼) to sort by SKU, Available Quantity, Daily Run Rate or Days of Cover.
