Adjustments:
To access the adjustments follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Look for the “Accounting” tab.
- Click on the “Adjustments” subsection.
The Adjustments subsection helps you track all debit notes, shortage claims, tax adjustments, and other financial corrections applied to your invoices. This section provides complete transparency into all adjustment-related entries along with downloadable supporting documents.
- Selecting Your Country: At the top right corner of the Adjustments page, you will find a Country dropdown. Select your country or region to ensure that the adjustment details shown match your location-specific policies and financial regulations.
- Type: The Type dropdown allows you to filter adjustment records by category so you can quickly view only the relevant entries. The available options include Stock Return, TDS/TCS, Consumer Promotion, and Others, each representing a different type of adjustment. You can also select All to view every adjustment without any filter applied.
- Search Bar – Search by Invoice Number: Use the search bar labelled Search by Invoice Number to quickly find adjustment records linked to a specific invoice. Enter the invoice number, and the system will display all related adjustments immediately.
Invoice Number :Displays the unique invoice ID associated with the adjustment entry.
Type : Shows the type of adjustment, such as “Shortage Claim” or “Pricing Adjustment.”
Date :Indicates the date on which the adjustment was recorded or applied.
DN Number: Shows the Debit Note number generated for the adjustment.
Taxable Value: Displays the taxable amount before taxes are applied.
Tax Value: Shows the tax amount calculated on the taxable value.
Total Value: Represents the total adjustment amount, including taxable value and tax.
TDS Value: Indicates any Tax Deducted at Source (if applicable); displays N/A if not applicable.
Supporting Document: Provides a downloadable link for any supporting files, such as debit notes, shortage claim documents, or tax adjustment proofs.
Last Updated: Shows the date and time when the adjustment entry was last updated in the system.
