Accounting

To access the Accounting section, follow these steps:

• Log in to your account.
• Navigate to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
• Look for the "Accounting" tab.
• Click on the "Accounting" tab.

In this section, we will guide you through various accounting and financial tasks that you can perform on our platform. The Accounting section is divided into the following subsections:

Accounting & Reconciliation: This section allows you to download monthly sales reports and debit notes, and upload credit notes whenever required.

Procurement & Invoicing: It helps you track procurement activities, verify received items, and validate billing from vendors.

Payables: This section displays all pending vendor payments and outstanding invoices that require settlement.

Receivables: This area shows the amounts that marketplaces owe you, such as pending settlements.

Adjustments: This section lists all marketplace adjustment entries, including fees, commissions, reimbursements, disputes, and corrections.

Refill Ads Wallet: It ensures your ad campaigns run smoothly without interruption by maintaining sufficient wallet balance.
